Step 1: Introductory Call
Meet with an attorney for a complimentary 15 minute call where we get to know your business and how we can best serve you. During this call we’ll help you select the best plan for your needs. This your investment in a smarter, stronger contract.
Step 2: Complete our Questionnaire
After booking, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including:
A link to your secure Client Intake Questionnaire, where you’ll upload your document(s).
This helps us understand your business, your goals, and your negotiating priorities — before we touch the contract.
Step 3: Strategy Kickoff Call
We’ll meet to discuss your questionnaire responses and the story behind the contract. This is where we get to know your business like it’s our own — so we can align legal strategy with your operational needs and risk profile.
Step 4: Contract Review & Redlines
We conduct a thorough legal and strategic review of your agreement — identifying risks, missed opportunities, and areas where you can push for better terms. You’ll receive:
A redlined version of your contract
Margin notes explaining key concerns
Talking points and/or draft counterproposal language (depending on your package)
Step 5: Final Review Meeting
We’ll touch base one final time to make sure you’re happy with the contract and answer any questions you may have.
